- 2 tablespoons – ¼ cup water, as needed
Instructions
- Mix the chipotle ranch dressing: To a small bowl, add all listed ingredients (Greek yogurt – smoked paprika). Season with ½ teaspoon kosher salt and ground black pepper as desired. Whisk until smooth and well combined. Thin the dressing with water, adding gradually until your desired consistency is reached. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

- Serve: Enjoy immediately. This creamy chipotle dressing is perfect for tossing into a taco salad or drizzling over your favorite weeknight tacos, sheet pan enchiladas, and more. If you leave it a little thicker it’s also a great creamy dip for a grilled veggie platter or a pile of crispy chicken wings. Sky’s the limit, you really can’t go wrong—get creative and have fun with it. Enjoy!

Notes
- Storage: Store prepared chipotle ranch dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. The dressing may thicken as it chills—just whisk in a little water before serving to reach your desired consistency.
