GREEK MARINADE

WHY YOU'll LOVE IT

I tried the marinade yesterday, and my family loved it! We marinated boneless/skinless chicken thighs and it tasted great. We made a Greek salad and roasted potatoes to go with it. This is going to be a mainstay for us. Delicious!

2 LBS OF MEAT OR VEGGIES OF CHOICE

PlaIN GREEK YOGURT

LEMON ZEST & JUICE

GARLIC

OLIVE OIL

RED WINE VINEGAR

HONEY

DRIED OREGANO

KOSHER SALT & GROUND BLACK PEPPER

First, gather & measure your ingredients. This marinade recipe comes together quickly!

GATHER INGREDIENTS.

MIX THE MARINADE.

Add all ingredients to a small bowl or jar & season with 2 teaspoons of kosher salt & ground black pepper or crushed red pepper flakes as desired. Whisk or shake to combine.

Pour the marinade over your meat over veggies of choice & marinate for at least 6 hours or up to overnight.

MARINATE MEAT OR VEGGIES.

Grill your protein or veggies as desired & serve them up! This marinade is great with chicken, pork, lamb, beef or veggies!
