OLIVE OIL, AGAVE NECTAR, & LIME JUICE

CHILI POWDER, GROUND CUMIN, GARLIC POWDER, PAPRIKA

LARGE FLOUR BURRITO TORTILLAS

AVOCADO, CHEESE, BLACK BEANS, SALSA & OTHER TOPPINGS OF CHOICE!

MARINATE THE CHICKEN.

Marinate thinly sliced chicken in olive oil, agave nectar, & spices for 10-15 minutes or overnight up to 12 hours in refrigerator.

Prep burrito fixings - we love adding chopped cilantro & lime juice to ALDI ready-made rice packets, smashed avocado, drained & rinsed black beans & more - all from ALDI!

PREP BURRITO FIXINGS.

Once the chicken has marinated, heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet. Add chicken & cook 5-6 minutes until cooked through & browned. Remove & set aside.

COOK THE CHICKEN.

Add sliced bell peppers & onion to the same skillet used to cook chicken & cook until slightly softened, about 4-5 minutes. Add chicken back to skillet.

COOK THE FAJITA VEGGIES.

Build burritos as desired - we suggest cilantro lime rice and black beans with chicken fajitas & toppings piled on top. Tuck & tightly roll the tortilla into a burrito.
