- 1 cup milk (dairy milk, nut milk, soy milk – whatever works for you!)
- 2 cups strawberries, frozen
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (use your favorite!)
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
- Combine all ingredients in a blender & blend until smooth. This smoothie is thick & creamy, but add a splash of milk if you need to thin it out at all.
