PWWB BBQ DRY RUB: BROWN SUGAR, CHILI POWDER, GROUND CUMIN, GARLIC POWDER, MUSTARD POWDER, ONION POWDER, SMOKED PAPRIKA, KOSHER SALT, & PEPPER

Stud pork shoulder with garlic & set aside. Mix up all listed BBQ dry rub ingredients in a small bowl & set aside.
Season pork with BBQ dry rub & set inside a Dutch oven with lid. Add in all liquid ingredients then bring to a boil & reduce to simmer. Cover & simmer for 3-4 hours until meat is fall-apart tender.
Transfer pork to plate or cutting board & shred into bite-sized pieces. Serve immediately or store for later use.
