HELLMAN'S REAL MAYONNAISE
GRANULATED SUGAR
GARLIC POWDER
ONION POWDER
PAPRIKA
TURMERIC
CAYENNE PEPPER (OPTIONAL)
KOSHER SALT & GROUND BLACK PEPPER
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Once boiling, generously salt the water. Add in pasta and cook to al dente, according to package directions. Drain the pasta, rinse with cold water & set aside.
Add cooled elbows to a large mixing bowl with grated carrot, mayonnaise, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, turmeric, & cayenne (if using). Season with kosher salt & ground black pepper, as desired.
Stir to combine, seasoning with additional spices &/or salt as needed or desired.
Garnish with finely sliced green onion or chives as desired. Serve plate lunch-style with rice & a Hawaiian main dish or with any of your summer grilled favorites!
