First, gather & measure your ingredients. This marinade recipe comes together quickly!
Add all ingredients to a blender & season with 2 teaspoons of kosher salt & ground black pepper, as desired. Blend until combined - marinade will be thick & smooth.
Pour the marinade over your meat over veggies of choice & marinate for at least 8 hours & up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
Grill your protein or veggies as desired & serve them up! This marinade is great with chicken, pork, or beef. Use it to make tacos al pastor!
