First, gather & measure your ingredients. This cashew crema recipe is so simple & comes together quickly!
Add all ingredients to a high-speed & high-powered blender. If you don't have a high-speed blender you can either: soak your cashews overnight at room temperature or soak in hot water for 10-15 minutes. If you soak drain the cashews prior to use.
Once ingredients are added to blender. Blend until smooth & creamy - typically about 1 minute. Stop to scrape down the sides of the blender carafe as needed.
