Prepare the grill for medium-high direct heat grilling about 450-500 degrees F. Then gather, prep & measure ingredients.
As the grill preheats, prep the chicken marinade in a medium bowl by combining all marinade ingredients, seasoning with kosher salt & pepper then adding chicken. Toss to coat & allow to marinade for 20 minutes.
Place the marinated chicken on the preheated grill & dispose of excess marinade. Grill chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reads 165 degrees F with an instant read thermometer.
Serve immediately with your favorite summer side dishes or toss the chicken into a summer salad or bowl!
