Ingredients
- 1 14-ounce can full-fat coconut milk
- ½ cup water
- 6 chai tea bags
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 2 ounces tequila
- 1 ounce mezcal
- pinch Kosher salt
Instructions
Add the coconut milk, water and chai tea bags to a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring the mixture to a simmer and steep the tea for 8-10 minutes, according to package directions, stirring occasionally to prevent the mixture from boiling over. Once steeped, remove and discard the spent tea bags. Stir in the maple syrup, tequila, mezcal, and a pinch of Kosher salt. Stir to combine. Divide between two mugs and serve immediately. Cheers!
